Wellbeing in the workplace: Creating conscious corporations with purpose & leadership.

Wellbeing in the Workplace
A company is a human organization that can realize its highest potential only when each individual is fully valued and feels fully vested in a shared purpose.
In today’s world, demand is exceeding individual’s capacity. We’re asked for “more, bigger and faster” which decrease our energy, focus, creativity and passion at work.
The Gallup poll (2013) on “The state of the Workplace” shows that only 13% of employees around the world feel they are engaged at work, because their core needs are not met.
The 4 Core Needs of the Individual
- Physical Regularly renew and recharge at work.
- Emotional Appreciated for contributions.
- Mental Stimulated, empowered and autonomous.
- Spiritual Connected to a higher purpose at work.

Maximize My Potential Workshop 1 & 2
This is my first and most-run module. The workshop introduces the notion of how your beliefs create your reality. This module will help you develop a higher sense of purpose giving you practical tools to manifest your life potential. Participts undergo a shift in consciousness, subsequently requesting to go more in depth. These requests led me to develop “MAXIMIZE MY POTENTIAL 2” a more in-depth interactive workshop going to the core of this transformational knowledge. (2 X 10 hours modules).
Parenting Teenagers with Emotional Intelligence
While I was previously teaching I found that many of my student’s parents were experiencing great difficulty in communication with their teenagers, finding the dynamics of the relationship challenging. As most of my students were between 15 and 18 years of age, and through my knowledge and experience I was able to put in place a great dynamic making them more responsible and aware of their life road map. I therefore put those notions into practices and into this module making it one of the most requested one. My module is based on this first hand experience. (10 hours module)
My Life – My Responsibility
This workshop developed in 2005 at the request of Unifem (UN agency for women’s empowerment) Amman to help instill in youth between the ages of 14 and 18 self-esteem, self-responsibility and confidence. This interactive seminar became very successful among the youth and many participants stayed in close contact for further help and knowledge. It’s a very popular module among the inner-city youth in the Arab world. (10 hours module)
